Description

Centella Asiatica is a medicinal plant belonging to the Apiaceae family, originating from India and Madagascar: it grows in damp and shady places, along watercourses. It is also known as the “tiger herb” because, according to popular belief, tigers use it to medicate their wounds.

Features

Centella Asiatica extract, obtained from the leaves that contain all the active substances, is very rich in saponins: they have a beneficial impact on the connective tissue in which they stimulate the skin repairing process. Thus, it is useful to fight cellulite and to treat venous insufficiency.
